L'école comestible is a documentary about learning, transmission, and children’s connection to food and nature. Through classroom lessons, gardening, and cooking workshops with students from Picpus and Hilsz schools in Paris, the film follows their growing curiosity, their discovery of new flavors, and their journey toward understanding biodiversity.

Blending intimate interviews with hands-on workshop scenes, it captures the children as the main voices of this ‘Delicious Revolution.’
